Big basket order no. MMVO-11378551-090616
I ordered many things from bb, and I most of the times ignored small small things.But to my surprise what I got today was a real shock.
1) I ordered Washington apples.They billed and charged me for same.However the received product was not same.The label was torn so that I should not get to know what is being delivered to me.I caught them on that on which delivery boy said, its not his fault.Moreover the apples were stale and rotten.
2) I ordered bitter gourd/Karela( vegetable), which came as rotten and fungus was visible.Its still with me unpacked as it came.
3) The pulses came less than what I ordered.I ordered 3 packets of Urad and chana dal( 200* 3) gms each.For which I received only packet of 200 gm each.400 gms of both the pulses are not received.
4) I ordered Dabur Honey 1 kg and I received their own brand Bb royal honey 500 gm!
5) Their was a combo of madhur sugar 1 kg and prabhat pure cow ghee.The sugar which I received wad Parys label white sugar!
6) The guy who came for delivery was rude.mannerless and just threw stuff and ran away.Total unprofessional.
I got this order early morning around 10 am.I wasted my one hour calling cuatomer care .to which they kept my phone on hold.and finally a guy took my complaint.Still no replacement had come Its 7pm now.
Earlier aswel, I had faced these kind of issues from bb.late delivery.and not intimating about the same on phone call.Rotten fruits or raw fruits came to me.but I ignored.This time it was unbearable.As a responaible customer I feel to write here so that people think first and order there after reading my review.
