I used big basket the first time it started back in the starting of 2015. Since living in Bangalore and getting groceries on foot is difficult.
I loved the concept and so used big basket for that, ordered basic house groceries and booked, though the delivery as promised was done a little late but all the products were delivered as promised.
I also got a decent discount on the whole cart, the only problem was the time committed for delivery wasn’t achieved. I just want them to improve only this part rest all is good.
