I was a regular customer of bigbasket.com.I have placed more than 10 orders of 2k+.
But once I place order of some 1900 rupees and then next day I got call from bigbasket.com.One lady was talking to me that this order can’t be delivered because of my address.
THE MAIN THING IS THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE DELIVERED THE ORDER MORE THAN 6 TIME AT THE SAME ADDRESS AND SUDDENLY THEY DON’T DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS.Now you all might be wondering that what kind of address that could be?
Address: 5 minutes driving distance from Wipro bus stop inside electronics city phase-1.
The fact was they did not have the enough stock to deliver. So they gave me excuses and not even sorry.
