Very bad delivery service. This is the 2nd time that my order did not get delivered on the scheduled time. Even after opting for an alternate delivery time the call centre executive denied delivery and also she did not give me her name on asking. Due to which I had to cacncel the order.
I think you guys have become very conceited and over confident after taking Shah Rukh Khan. But honestly Shah Rukh khan cannot help you retain customers.
