We use many things in our daily life which are somehow influenced by online shopping. Most of us want to surf online for different products and services to save our time as well as money.
Daily needs also include grocery items. Big basket is a website that fulfills this particular need. I’m using ’Big basket’ from past 5 months. My overall experience on this website is stupendous.
I can find all products of daily need there without any difficulty. The rate of products there is also minimal as compared to physical grocery stores. They also provide various discount options on cashless transactions.
The option of cash on delivery is also available there which I found great because sometimes due to a network problem, online payment seems very bothersome.
I used to order all grocery items for our daily need from ’Big basket’ and all the items get delivered within the stipulated time. They provide an option to choose the delivery time which helps me a lot as I can’t be available at the home 24x7. I give them time according to my convenience and they are always on time. All delivery men are too good and they treat me very respectfully and deliver all the items at my doorstep, in spite of the fact that I live on the 3rd floor and it is very difficult for anyone to deliver that much heavy stuff up to my doorstep.
As I’m using this site for five months, I would like to share an incident where I got the wrong item delivered. I have ordered a ’bathroom cleaner’ but by mistake, I got delivered a ’mosquito killer’. I complained to the delivery boy and he returned that product and the amount of that product were credited to my wallet within an hour. Therefore, my belief on this site was increased and I’m a happy customer.
