Have ordered many times from them. A few small glitches here and there but today was the worst. Have them a landmark(always the same for all previous orders) but the dude reached the wrong address. Didn’t even call to verify. Then after reaching the wrong address calls me up and was very very rude as if doing a favour on me. Can’t even explain. Never ever going to order anything from these morons. Copy pasted the same address on Grofers and got all the stuff delivered even before committed time. And cheaper too. Have deleted the big basket app and they should be ashamed of their delivery guys. Be humble and your customers will remain. Very very bad experience.
