I am a continuous buyer of products from Big Basket, and quite frankly this online store has always lived up to my expectations, I have been shopping vegetables and grocery products for about an year now from big basket and they have always delivered the orders on time and the payment portal is also pretty good.
The grocery products, the vegetables, eggs and other non veg products are very fresh, the best part is the hygienic approach by Big Basket all the products are being delivered in air tight containers.
Having said that, there is this one thing I didn’t like about Big Basket is this that, they modify orders a lot and by a lot I mean a lot nearly every order I place get modified.
I think this is the area they should really work on.
