I have placed 5 orders with BigBasket in last 5 weeks.For most parts I think it is a great service. Large product range, categories, nice UXI, analytics for your purchases(very thoughtful). Customer support was helpful and delivery is always as scheduled.Though twice I ordered fruits and they would send bad quality for one of the item types. Also last week end their site was not loading on Chrome and Safari.
They have tremendous potential for sure, keep up the prompt customer service and please add a larger variety of brands to your range.
Go ahead and try them, just avoid the fruits
