Veg delivered through Big Basket is really very poor quality. The staff is rude and uncourteous and seems in a tremendous hurry all the time. Though they propagate offers like Rs. 200 off on first order when u put in the code, u get a reply as "INVALID CODE".
They definitely need to buckle up their shoes to be in the race.
