I placed my very first order with Big Basket and I have my worst online grocery experience. we were supposed to have party at home on 18Sept so I placed online order on 17th Sept and was supposed to get deliver on next day between 9:30 am-12 pm slot. I called them at 11:55 when they told that it will be delivered in next 5-10 min.
When it didnt, I called again at 2:30 and got same reply with addition that there was vehicle breakdown. when I finally logged complaint at site then they called and said that there is traffic jam. Clear Excuses.
Then they propose to deliver between 7:30-9 pm slot.I asked them, am I going to serve my guests raw food? Finally I placed a refund request with them. Now lets see what happen to my refund.
