Bigbasket is an online grocery shopping website. It allows users to buy grocery while sitting at home and offers instant delivery at minimal cost. I’ve been using big basket to order my groceries for almost 8months And I’m loving it so far. Earlier, they used to offer 10% cash back which made the deal sweeter. The shipping charges are 20 Rs and more for BBexpress.
So far, I have no complaints as vegetables and fruits are always fresh and neatly packed while other items are delivered with ease as well. All the things I order, Atta, dal, chawal are top quality
Overall rating, experience has been very pleasant. All the time, the delivery guys have been very kind and generous. And even when some items are missing, they provide enough of the refund amount. Big basket’s service is great.
