Recently Bigbasket.com launch their service in Nashik but they have failed to sustain. As this is online grocery store, they include vegetable and fruit also for the sale. As Nashik has already well setup market for fruits and vegetable people of Nashik do not rely on online grocery too they choose local storekeeper in demontization period also. Their customer service is average as time required for delivery quite more than it buy from local store. In case of product quality I suggest only branded items only. App and website quite user friendly but not used in Nashik furthermore as they rolled out. See u back soon Bigbasket.
