It has been since a year, I have use this APP. The app I used is totally worst. I faced a lots of problem with this app.
Costumer service is very poor, they don’t behave with good manners. I don’t like the service.
Delivery man is the worst problem I have faced with ! They don’t have their own delivery man. That delivery man can’t find my home and I have to wait 13 hours. And I have to walk a distance to collect the product from delivery man. He not comes to my house.
Taste is what we loved. But some product has its own taste. After waiting from time to time they can’t give us fresh products.
The design of the App is not too much good. App is bad in theme also. I don’t use website till.
It is also not honest, for the responsibility of product and also for the customer.
It is good that we walk to market and buy the products.
