I order some product one month back and paid the amount but till today my order is not dispatch, in the begning when I have email them regarding this issue they keep telling need some more time, and now they stop replying.i have written to they site and facebook page even then no reply from them.my order number is 100025724, order date 18/6/2016, so I suggest b careful before u shop at bigchemist, they costumer care number is also switch off always, so think once before u shop at bigshemist.com
