I had purchased Bigflix 30 day trial offer at Re 1/-, but did not knew that Bigflix would automatically deduct Rs 249/- from my credit card at the expiry of the 30 day period. I had to block my credit card from further misuse.
In the first place, Bigflix should not have put this ’auto renewal’ feature. This will only make Reliance’s image bad in the eyes of the customers. Let the customers decide whether they want to extend further with Bigflix. If they don’t like it, they should not use their customers confidential bank details to run their business like this.
This is real shame. As far as the movie listings at bigflix.com is concerned, if you have good internet speed & unlimited capacity, then only try watching the movies. At present Bigflix doesn’t have an in depth movie database. Maybe with time, they will update more movies into the site.
