I’ve got the one year offer of Rs 3000/-.Technically, I can receive one movie everyday, which translates to around Rs 9/- per movie. Unfortunately, the reality is that I receive one movie on one day and no movie for around 2/3 days.
The only thing I do get regularly is innovative excuses: The systems are down. ...Our IT programs run only after 7:00 am .. sometimes they run only after 7:00pm..
Sometimes, they only send pickups and no deliveries.. so you cant even watch the movie you have again.. **pathetic.
I must comment about the website though, snazzy, slick and cool. If only it reflected the real mess that their internal systems are in...
