I had subscribed for the 299 rs unlimited movies, one month package from bigflix. I must have watched about 8-9 movies in that one month.
The store layout of bigflix is very good. You have a computer in which you can search which movies they have. Also the atmosphere is pretty cool. They give you the DVD box along with the dvd unlike some other rental libraries which give a plastic cover.
But when it comes to delivery and pickup, I dont think the service is upto the mark. If you have a store nearby then its good. But I didn’t think that the pickup service is up to the mark. Sometimes the system is down. It takes 2-3 days for the pickup guy to come and sometimes there is only pickup.
Also the time taken to return your deposit is very long. I had to go to the store about 3-4 times to get the 400 rs deposit back. One time they would say that you need to return the membership card, then they would say you need a slip that they had given when you cancelled the membership. Then there is no voucher for your deposit and so on.
But other than that I found the disc quality to be very good. And one more thing, after I cancelled the membership, they came with a delivery. There must be some work remaining with the system that is in place.
