I am a member for the last one year of this useless service. First of all they don’t have good collection, their service is pathetic, most of their DVDs either don’t work or they’re totally scratched. If you order for a movie and if you find it to be with scratches, they wont deliver any movie on that day.
Your day is gone, more over that movie will be out of your queue and you need add it back again. this shows how good their systems are. One of the most careless customer care representatives I came across so far.
If someone really wants to take membership, please do so only if you can go to their stores and pick the movie on your own. If you want to depend on their delivery system, you’d end up losing at least 7-10 days in a month.
