I have posted a review earlier too when I had been member for 2 weeks and had ONLY bad experiences. I have called the customer service like a dozen times and written mails to them but they don’t improve. They are simply arrogant to think that they don’t need customers but only Ambani’s money to survive. Sweet girls do answer with patience but their assurances are yet to translate to any practical improvement in their service.
They have terrible collection of latest Hollywood. All the B grade stuff comes up but not very many Oscar or Golden globe stuff.
And then they don’t respect our queue priorities. What else can be the reason that I have had an old tamil movie queued for 2 months(IN DELHI!)and yet to receive it. Its beyond wildest imagination that an old flop tamil movie would be in such great demand in Delhi.
They obviously have to offer discounts since they have only 200 members in Delhi(i got this figure from their Malviya Nagar outlet).
