This service is terrible. I don’t even know where to start with my troubles. I switched to Bigflicks from seventymm to save 200 Rs. per month. Now, I am stuck for 3 months with them and they will not allow me to get my money back.
There are no new movies in Bangalore. I called them several times to mention this. I did not have any movie to put in my queue.
Their delivery is ON TIME. Which means that they come when they want immaterial of whether you are at home. They never call before coming so I can give them an alternate address in case I am not at home (I was really spoilt by seventymm). They leave a note saying that they missed you. I have explained several times that both me and my wife work. On top of that, the movies they attempt to deliver disappear from my queue and I have to add them back every time. I need nearly 3 to 4 deliveries for them to catch me and I then have to add the movies back.
Their website is a mess and doesn’t work. There are a lot of links saying top movies, etc., but none give you any list of movies.
Don’t be fooled by looking at the collection from outside before joining - when you sign on and try to add a movie, it then tells you whether that movie is available.
I would strongly recommend seventymm. They have the best service.
