I signed up for this service from some special offer at Big Bazaar on 31st December hoping to see some great moves in the new year. I was so excited at the thought of watching unlimited movies.


I was told by the guy at Big Bazaar my activation would be done in four hours. Its been 140 hours as I write this review and still I am not even registered.


I tried emailing them but got only a standard response that activation will be done in 24 hrs.


2nd Jan: I called the call center, I spoke to some agent who assured me he has placed some complaint and within 24 hrs it will be activated.


Result: No Action


3rd Jan: I spoke to a Team Leader Aman. I spent 30 mins on the phone with her. She finally raised an escalated complaint and assured me within 24 hrs it will be activated.


Result: No Action


4th Jan(Morning): I spoke to a Floor Supervisor Raj. I spent 60 mins on the phone with him. He finally told me he is calling me back in 15 minutes.


*Result: No Action. Forget the call.


4th Jan(Evening): **I spoke to another Floor Supervisor Aman. I spent another 60 mins on the phone with him. This time he raised an escalated complaint from his personal email id keeping his manager and the entire IT team in copy and assured me within 24 hrs it will be activated and he will give me a call back.


*Result: No Action. Forget the call.


5th Jan:


Result: No Action.


6th Jan: **Right now speaking with Aman for the past 60 mins as I write this review. Shes asking me to wait another 24 hrs. Gosh I hate the number 24 now.


*Result: Awaited.but as usual nothin expected.
