Pathetic Service

I have been Big Flicks member since last two months in New Delhi.  The service I and my friends have received so far is pathetic or rather I should say there is no service at all. They take 6 to 7 days to deliver a movie. Even if you courier it from any part of the world you will get it before this timeline. I agree that they are offering competitive price that they do not give service at all. I have to spend 250 bucks for monthly rental and more than 100 bucks to give them reminder  on phone that DVD has to be delivered. Since for each pickup of movie I have to call minimum 10 times and their website and SMS service does not work properly. Either their website has technical issues or they pretend that their website is having the issue. Big Flick’s customer service has been pathetic, every time I call they give same scripted answer that we are forwarding your request to the concerned department.


A female representative with pseudo name SUNITA has been handling my calls and everytime I call up she gives me the same scripted answers. Vidya and Aman also belong to the same category. I assume trio have been trained by the same trainer. I seriously doubt if they even bother to forward the requests to the concerned department.  I took time to post this review not because I have nothing to do but because I wish to advice friends worldwide to think before subscibing this service. It is better to pay more and get some service. It is of no use you pay 250 bucks and get 4 movies in a month, which comes to 63 rupees plus your time, money spent on following up with them and of course the trauma you expreince as well.*
