They do not have enough copies of the movies in demand.
CS execs are less courteus... you can hear them tell you go ahead and do whatever you want to do. "you unsubscribe sir, we cannot commit on when we can get you the movie sir, the movie is in circulation and we have only once copy for the whole bangalore sir" -- expect these sort of responses.
You will hardly get the movies you in the order you keep them in the queue. For instance I had two movies in my queue showing the status as available from the day I subscribed, and still not got it. I made umpteen calls to the CS and each time they promice to deliver them in the next cycle and its almost 90 days clueless.
You will get the movie (the one they choose) only next day.
Expensive compared to other service providers.
I feel I should have donated the money I spend at big flix to some charity organizations.
The customer service is the worst in the planet. Think twice or more before you signup.
