I am surprised with such extreme reveiws about bigflix.com, apparently I have been getting my dvds on time since 3 months now. Yes high and lows do come along with any service....
Guess it isnt about the Reliance ADA group or something but any company engaged in services especially a concept which is new to India and trying to work out the international concept here with the people here...
Suggest, you contact their customer care. Some of my acquaintances have been facing some minor problems. Their service seems to have been improved.. Looks like the complaints on this site have worked with improving their support systems.
Apart from the services, they have good content and latest stuff.. Website seems to be pretty good and easy interface. I am sure a lot of customers would agree to this.
