I thought of subscribing to BIGFlix after watching their funky ad on the TV and I comitted a BIG mistake I’d say! I choose for the 1 disc subscription for a month, just to check out the service. This disappointed me the most!
Well the store is just 5 mins walk from my place and still they kept me waiting for 7-8 days for disc pick-up service and most of the time I ended up personaly going there and returning the Disc.
I wrote to their customer(who cares!?) service about pick-up service problem through their web site. All I got was auto reply mail stating that they will revert back with-in 3 business days. Those business days never came!
So in a month where I could watch 20 movies, I only ended up watching 6 and I finally got frustated and decided to cancel my subscription. Went to the store filled up the cancellation form took the receipt and left the store with the store manager promise that I’ll get my deposit back with-in 6 business days. But Do BIGFlix know what business means!? LOL!
The best part is there was no response to the complaint mails sent earlier (forget about the reddressal), but their customer(who cares!?) service has called me 2-3 times now after cancellation request asking me the reasons and promising the return of deposit. But I’m still waiting for it even after a month.
I warn all the people reading this review, that don’t fall pary to this laousy rental service.
