We subscribed to bigflix rental service for 3 months. We were excited that we could order dvds and watch original dvd as per our requirement. We also made a list of dvds we want to see during summer vacations. But its been over 2 months we had made the queue and still none of the dvds are available.
Also in spite of complaining to bigflix several time they just don’t respond. So i decided to atleast not allow others to join bigflix as it will a complete waste of money.
Guys be careful this company doesn’t bother about their customers. They will make all good promises to attract customers but when it comes to service they are deaf.
