I had a very good experience with moviemart, so when reliance came up with big flicks, I was reluctant at first to enroll myself, but decided to give it a shot. Well as expected, movies are never delivered on time, there is no definite time when the runner would turn up.
If you request a pickup from the website, rest assured no one is going to turn up to deliver the movie. You need to call everytime to request pickup and deliver which becomes a PITA. Even if you call in the moring, no movie is delivered till the evening, and being a working professional, I cannot be expected to stay back home just to receive a movie. A couple of times, I escalated and requested to speak to the manager, as expected I was turned down saying no manager available.
The service has been very poor, and if someone is looking for good service and peace of mind, stick to moviemart, their website is very effective, I never had to call them for a delivery, every transaction was done online.
