Well I guess this is a platform where users and customers write negative about a product or service...but I guess the platform can be used to highlight good aspects too.
I came across BIGFlix TVC Campaigns and hoardings and heard the musical radio jingles too. I did hear about other players in the market as well...me being a movie buff...thought of taking the chance with this new service...
Its been more than a month and I have managed to watch a whole of moviess...moeover my favourite international TV serials , Friendsss, desperate housewives, LOST....
The online service has been great..so didnt actually feel the need to go to the store...but somehow being a Relaince ADA product....was curious to experience the look and feel of the store...must say the structure and layout ..quite well planned...
But yes...the service becomes kinda inconsistent sometimes...again minor inconsistencies could be considered after all its all a busineess manged by the people for the people....
All what I guage...is that the pillars of this business stands on its content, user freindly access to its online aspect and most of all the service to make it available for people to experience....
Good effort by the ADA group to start this business...vast difference with regards to the international scenario with business stalwarts like Netflix and blockbuster....but consistent service, good content catalogue will help hold a good stand in the long run.....
Wishing BIGFlix good luck and hoping they continue the good service not only in Mumbai but also other cities...
