Very unprofessional service. they do not have values what they have promised. delivery time is not fixed though they promised for one business day some time it took 3 days, perhaps they start shooting the movie when I schedule a pickup.
Delivery time is also not fixed their person will always come when there is no body home. More serious, their delivery boy collected the movie from me and not updated in the system. now they are showing two movies in my name while my plan is one movie plan.
Joke!! I called to customer care they promised it will take one more business day to solve the prob. nothing happens. my whole wk end has over and m still waiting for the movie to be delivered. may be they are discussing this problem with Anil Ambani...
Most serious, their delivery boy doesn’t wear their uniform which is compulsory for all service delivery boys. you can not make out that the person who is coming to your place for deliveries is a bigflix employee. so be aware with these guys...Some time they will send you a message even you have not scheduled a Pickup.
