I had a satisfactory experience with bigflix till now, and have been upgrading to longer plans. However today I was in for a rude shock when I went to upgrade for an annual plan.
The annual plan did not have any security deposit while my current plan had a security deposit of Rs.750/-. I was told that I will be refunded security deposit after 2-3 days. However instead of refunding the deposit, I was informed that one DVD (which I had taken 4 months ago) was damaged and its MRP had been adjusted in the security deposit.
I asked why am I being told this now, and why their person who had taken delivery of DVD did not inform me, for which they had no answer. Further, nobody informed me when I renewed my subscription earlier.
So the conclusion is BEWARE these bigflix people will stoop to any level to usurp your money. They have managed to sink below the lowest level of customer service.Any of their field boys will break / damage a DVD and put it in the customers account, without any information / accountability and you will be left to run pillar to post.
