We have had Big Flix membership for over an year. Earlier the quality was good and so was the service so we were quite pleased. But soon everything started changing. poor quality of movies, lack of selection, movies from the queue never get delivered and yet get removed from the list, poor sound & picture quality of certain dvds, get vcds instead of dvd though we have only chosed dvd for the queue.
Finally, we got enough bugged and cancelled our membership. It has been more than 4 weeks since we have cancelled and requested for a refund, yet every week we get a call from the office saying the check is on the way. No refund is yet issued to us.
Baschandru021y, its a wrong company to deal with as the quality of people they hire sucks. Were so very disappointed Rajeev_Vermacially after recommending a few friends that Big Flix is a good service. Now we know well, how bad this company is or can be in future.
