I own Big Flix membership for past 1.5 years and still have. My experience with them were mostly good. Here are some good and bad points it’s worth to share with the readers -
*Good are -**1) They have very good customer service(Difficult to digest this because it’s a reliance group company but still it happened!)2) They have widely spread branches(I’ve got 2 branches within 3km of my house:))3) All language films available - I live in another state distant from my home town where getting movies of my own language is difficult always. But these guys own thousands of regional movies which is an definite advantage.4) Good door delivery service - They have good logistic services and movie queued delivered to home directly in a day.
*Bad are -**1) Subscription charges keep increasing steadily over the time which makes many unaffordable.2) This is another big issue - Many disc’s doesn’t play or stuck in the middle. They are not checking the disks often.3) The Bigflix website malfunctions(while managing Queue) many times and they load very slow.4) These guys have tie up with a courier company for sending materials/checks. The courier company called’Fair deal couriers’ and they are the worst courier company in whole India.
In summary I would definitely recommend people to try and use this service.
