Misleading Titles in Database

Just to show that they have all the titles, they have included many names in library. If you rent them, they’ll deliver them to you. The cover has the same name, but MANY DISCS ARE DELIVERED BLANK, because they actually don’t have these. Well, I was on 14 day free trial, after watching the movies whose names no one has heard before, because they are the only ones available, so I had no option whatsoever.


Then I rented Lost Season 1 Disc 1(its an English Superhit TV series). The disc was corrupted. I got in touch with customer care, who told me to check the disc and then accept it, and I requested another copy of the same. I got another one, I checked it first, and it again was corrupted. The delivery man refused to take it back again and asked me to return it the next day. When I forced him to take away it, he took it back. I am very disappointed with Bigflix.


I feel that moviemart is a better option although I haven’t tried it, but yes, they take much greater care of their customers, because they return to your calls.


I HAVE CANCELLED MY FREE SUBSCRIPTION as I would NOT LIKE TO RENT FROM THEM IN FUTURE AND THEN SULK because of my bad experience. I will post this review on other review sites also. BIGFLIX is like "NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE...!!!". Tc!!
