As per my experience so far, BIGFLIX is one of the biggest headache for its customers. Whenever I face some difficulty, theres no appropriate response from their side. I mostly get movies delivered to my house and go to the store very rarely. However, whenever I go there, theres one or the other customer with some complaint.
*Recently, I just called their Customer Care and asked that what should I do in case the CD/DVD is broken by me. At this, the gentle lady over the other side of the phone replied that youll have to pay whatever the charge is for it. After saying okay, I further asked that what am I to do in case the CD/DVD spoils my DVD Player. At this the lady said that she didnt understand.
So I told her that the sticker that youre sticking on the VCD/DVD isnt stuck properly many a times and that spoils the lens of my Player. So who will pay for the repairing charges of my Player? After that, there were certain arguments which shortly meant that theyre going to give us the sh!t and were gonna have to take it, whatever it may cost us. I finally cut the phone since I realized that its useless to argue with them and anyhow Ill have to finish this term of membership.*
Interestingly and all the more surprisingly, the staff at the store is nice and very frank. Once, one of the staff members told me that theyre trying to boost the number of customers by giving out fake reviews. I feel some of them must surely be here, rating it very high only to misguide people like us who have to suffer badly after becoming a member of this fraud.
So anyone and everyone, just stay away from this SH!T and BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS. Hope this will save some others from going through what the current REAL customers are going through!!!!!!
