Here’s a unique way - Just Watch Big Boss !!! A T.V. Serial on Colors daily at 10.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday, Saturday being review of evicted person)
*The Concept
*Its a reality show wherein 14 participants - most of them celebrities from different fields; have to come and stay in a house. Every week one of them is voted out of the house by getting nominated by other contestants. The last person to be left over is the winner.
Rules of the Game
All the contestants are away from the outside world during the stay in the Big Boss House. The game is for 14 weeks. They have no source of entertainment - no television, no computer, no newspapers, no phone.........not allowed to carry even a watch. Just have to come in with one Bag - can bring in only the stuff fitting in one single bag.....
They have to keep a microphone attached to them 24 hours....so that whatever they speak is recorded. They cannot discuss nomination ( a person to be nominated for being evicted from the game/house)
Every week they are given some funny task. Based on the success of completion of task, they are alloted weekly budgeted amount. Groceries/food worth that much amount only is supplied to them....so if the task is not done properly.........all of them have to starve....or compromise on good food....
Cooking, cleaning, moping - all the work inside the house needs to be done by the contestants ...... Imagine former Miss World cleaning the toilets and moping the floor here
*The Infrastructure
*Excellent infrastructure - 100s of cameras across the house to capture every nick and corner and every moment spent inside...

Well equipped kitchen.....
Living room, Dining room, two dormitory type bed rooms (for male and female) with a transparent glass partition in between, performance area, Garden, swimming pool.........
Confession room - wherein participants are called to interact with the Big Boss......

*What makes it so difficult
Easy said than done. Its not easy to survive in the Big Boss House. You are away from family, friends and entire world. Have to tolerate temperament of fellow participants and keep your cool.
Participants undergo mixed set of emotions throughout their stay in the House. Some of them even break down and cry like anything.Its indeed a struggle to maintain your temperament when someone is pushing you to the edge. Amidst all this you have to be nice to others to ensure that they do not nominate your name in the weekly eviction process.....tough...
The Impact:Its an interesting medium to see how people with different background behave under varied circumstances. Its a good learning exercise to see how you yourself have behaved in the past in similar circumstances. One can learn the following from this program
# Behavioral patterns of people around you - you can start understanding the reason for why your close friend or a family member behaved in a rude manner under a particular circumstance
# Your own behavioral pattern - and ways to improve yourself.....
These are million dollar things to incorporate in yourself.........and you cannot miss to grab this from BB.

*Why not a 5 Star Rating
*The quality of the participants is not as good as the one they had in Big Boss - first season about a year back. The contestants in BB2 are much more immature as compared to the previous ones last year. They react to the issues they are not supposed to react, some of them keep on breaking the rules of the game even after being warned several times..........you sort of start losing interest in watching the show amidst some real interesting episodes....
Shilpa Shetty hosted the show.........failed to create desired impact ........instead they should have made her stay inside the house for couple of days....
One should not miss the show on these two days:
Friday - a day of eviction of one of the participants and
Monday - the day of nomination wherein each of the contestants nominate 2 persons from the house for being evicted

*If you decide to watch this program, you need to watch at least couple of episodes to get the grip. For new viewers, Thursday and Friday are recommended to start with.....
