I am a bigrock service user. Firstly Ill tell you why I purchased bigrock hosting in first place.The main reason was that the company is Indian and I believed that being an Indian I should believe that this company would provide me good service and if not atleast what they tell.
This proved to be wrong.
- They take atleast 32 hrs to navigate servers for new domain where all others take at max 1-2 hours. Most of other providers I worked with took 5-10 minutes.
When asked Bigrock about that they say it takes time for server to propagate. and they cant tell why others can propagate it within 15 minutes.
- Hosting is too slow.
Their main reason is there is something wrong in your site coding. Being a professional website developer I dont feel like I have made something wrong as it works proper on other servers.
- Sales team shuts down at 9.00 pm
When you are an international hosting provider your sales team should work 24*7 but they work 9am-9pm. Due to this I lost a major contract.
I was contacting them for 2 hours send them 3 mails that I want to make purchase please contact and what they replied was

Please provide me some solution
i am ready to purchase extra hosting if there is no need of reconfiguration in the new hosting for domain forwarding
or

then what would I expect from their support team???
i have many more problems but I feel like wasting time each time I think of them.
They should seriously think of this.
