I purchased reseller hosting from bigrock.in. Problem started after 15 days of use. I tried to contact them over call but there wasn’t any positive response they asked me to log a ticket into the system so I do the same but still no response from their side.
When I asked for resolution they said that they cant do it at their end. So I ask for my money back then the Relationship Manager Ms. Nidhi contacted me after a discussion of around 30 minutes she said that she will take it on priority and give me a call back within 30 minutes. But Its been more than 2 days and I didnt received any call. When I tried to contact her subordinates said that she is busy and will give you call back in 15 minutes I dont know when 15 minus will be completed. I want you to please look into the case. And I want to take legal action against them.
