Incompetnet to host designated server

I rented a designated windows server from bigrock on 15 Oct 2018 for my business. I started installing business critical software(billing software for hotels & restaurants)   on the server starting 8th Nov 2018.


within a couple of days, I was unable to access the server due to some complications. Bigrock took 4+ days to sort out the issue even after every 2 hrs follow up( ticker no: #VHD-753-88401). This resulted in couple of lakhs of loss on my billing.


After the issue got resolved within 6 days again I was unable to access the server. I raised a ticket with bigrock & the customer call center told me that its a " system update" which will take about 2 hrs max to finish. Its about 32 Hrs now & still the server is not accessible. My ticket reference is{#RUJ-786-31073}.


They may be good on web hosting, but extremely incompetent when it comes to hosting cloud servers.


Never ever try to use bigrock if your are planing to use a VM on the cloud for your business. Better to pay few thousands more with Amazon / google / azure where u have assured SLA on the downtime.
