Never trust this firm if you are looking for a reliable hosting. I had been in web hosting since 2000. Never experienced such a viley racket as this one. I paid for a domain and the first year was alright. Second year I paid Rs.689 as their bill for renewal and it was renewed in time.
After a few days I got firings from clients who said such a domain - fairworldwide.org never existed. Came to know these guys had suspended my domain for no reason at all. Repeated emails got the answer that my payment was stuck in their gateway and they refunded it. I checked my bank statement and found out it was a lie to collect another Rs. 689. I even sent them a copy of my bank statement to show that such a refund never happened, which they never replied. I cant even transfer this domain which they blocked for blackmailing. There was another domain Vedivechankovil.com parked in Bigrock which was due to renew. I transferred it to another reliable registrar. But the transfer was held hostage just to create problems for my client.
The most outrageous of all my login was diabled for absolutely no reason except not yielding to their blackmail tactics. I advice people against letting this Bigrock breaking your head .
