I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years, trusting them I purchased 5 years Ultimate Shared Hosting. They suspended my server and purposefully forced me to delete my files when they all were genuine website files which I needed. They have refused to provide a refund. Lost a loyal customer. I will be planning to move to a professional company like Cloudways, I urge everyone who is reading this to do the same.
