Worst company to do business with. I buy a domain, a few minutes later my domain registration amount is RS.639.00 and I put one coupon code then I got discount RS.127.80 it shows the order total RS.511.
I select the credit card option to pay. Finally the debit the amount RS.3155.40 from my account.
I shocked and check the MY Billing -> Transaction it show so many items and discounts totally confused, then I call their contact number it also frustrated me repeatedly says wait 2 mints, I’m almost waiting 15 mints but no luck.
Big rock team please understand the customer. how can we are believe you. I just select only domain registration let me know why should you add more products. before the payment I clearly remove the all other services.
I ask them to cancel the additional services and refund the amount but I dnt know what they are going to do.
