Fraud, Complete Fraud

I have first purchased a domain from Bigrock in the year 2015.


With out my knowledge they keep a domain purchased from them in Auto Renew mode, and renewed even with out my consent using the card details. This is not a professional way I guess.


As soon I received email that the account has auto renew, I replied back to mail that I need refund and do not want to renew the domain. I received customer care call and mentioned them clearly that I am not interested in renewal of account and want my refund; they did not say anything at that point of time and when today I called customer care about the status, they say the account is renewed and the refund cannot be processed.


This is completely fraud and without user consent or knowledge they are auto renewing the transaction.
