Bigrock is primarily a domain selling platform and has a large customer base for domain registration... I can agree on a point that bigrock can give domain names at very affordable rates... But I had a very bad experience with their hosting service.
It is very easy for them to convert domain customers to buy hosting service ...But they don’t have the right team and servers to manage it! Their servers are very slow and these guys have have lots of problem before and after renewal. Customer service sucks. and gives a felling they are minting money.
I found https://sastaservers.com better than big giants like bigrock. They have powerful servers with 72GB RAM, and very easy to get support. I liked the service what they provided till now
So next time when you are planning to buy servers from bigrock think on it!
