I had ordered a pair shoes (Order No504091dtd.12th May’08) and made the payment by demand draft. There was total silence from the store! I rang them up and was informed that the shoes were on its way. I waited and waited so I rang up again ... within 3 or 4 days they said. Still nothing! Then I get a mail saying that the pair I ordered was not available and asking me to chose another one.
I said NO I DO NOT WANT ANY OTHER MODEL, so please can I have my money back. To this they again sent me the same mail, asking me chose another model. I have again told them that I do NOT want any other model, but to return my money. Total silence from their side! The phone is never picked up and even if they do, the moment you mention anything about cancellation of the order, they hang up!
Where does one get justice in cases like this? Instead of cheating people like this, these guys can as well beg for charity. This is one big rip-off!
