After reading so much complaints against BigshoeBazaar, which made me a bit surprised, I am writing my experience with them.
I am buying online from last five years and have experience of shopping from many Indian shopping sites including ebay, shoppers stop, future bazaar and many more. I made 5/6 purchase in BigshoeBazaar since 2007.One thing I can say that I didn’t find any match of them in terms of speed of delivery consistently. It never took more than 4 days(except once) to reach product to me.The variety and quality of products are also very good.Recently they have started selling apparels and provided some excellent bargains on brands like Wrangler, Reebok etc time to time.
How ever I can not discard all the complaints against them. They(BigshoeBazaar) might not efficient enough in the area of customer relation. In recent past they were selling shoes in ebay india. I placed order for a pair of shoes to their ebay shop and was expecting super fast delivery as usual. How ever when I didn’t get delivery after a week I communicate with them through ebay, as per the ebay system. Normally all sellers in ebay, if fail to make delivery for any reason, inform the buyer and express regret . But BigshoeBazaar, despite my communication, neither sent any reply nor made the delivery. Later ebay customer service inform me about their inability to make delivery.Since I placed order in ebay got refund automatically.
May be I am one of the lucky customers who did not face any issue with them.But from my experience I didn’t get impression that they are cheat or sort of that.
Another thing I will give importance about them is the kind of product they are selling. In no other sites we would get these huge varieties and differnt brands of shoes they are selling. And I dont know if it was an introductory offer, but the kind of offers they provided in apparel section recently are not available in any other online/physical shop known to me.
