They put me through hell and didnt refund my money

I spent 2 weeks only going back and forth trying to find out why my order was getting stuck at the payment gateway, because each time i tried to make a purchase the payment gateway screwed up and did not pass my payment through, i spent the next 2 weeks trying to get the problem resolved!


Then after they finally fixed it, i made my purchase on a sunday, on monday i recieve an email saying would recieve the order within 4 days!!


One week passed and there was nothing recieved!!!


I emailed customer service and they got back to me saying that they will look it up.


A day later, i get no response so i email them again and the response i get is that the product it out of stock. (mind you there was no indication that the item was out of stock! While making this purchase!)


So i email them asking what happens next, they told me that the order will be refunded, so i waited and check into my account 2 days later, I saw that in the my account area, it indicated that the order had been refunded, but that was about it!!!


I had not actually received the money in bank. I emailed them again, but they again told me that is has been refunded, and i emailed them yet again saying that i have not received the money!!!


After that, there has been no response whatsoever. I tried calling the customer service too. And no one picks up the damn phone. I tried calling again today!!! And still no one picks up the phone!!!


They have given me hell, so i decided to write this review, so everyone else could be warned before engaging in business with thus a dead website!!!
