They just do not deliver what they promise, my first experience is totally a flop with them. I got a totally different shoe from what I ordered, what they have sent seems to be a low selling style, I immediatly spoke to the customer service, they have asked me to wait for two days before they can do anything. It seems that one customer does not have any value for them. I have asked them to refund my money.
I hope they would do so. It has left such a bad taste in mouth that for a long time I won’t shop anything on net, thr are all kind of commitments on the site but they do not have the operational ability to match any. the customer services were clueless about what to do. I had to mail them after checking thr website what I had ordered and wht they have sent me.
