I am posting this review because after reading about BSB, I thought it was important to clear the air.
I am a huge online shopper. I purchased a pair of floaters some 14-15 months back from BSB and was happy with the purchase. I did not go through any of the reviews then. Lately, I wanted to buy some formal shoes and decided to order from Big Shoe Bazar.
I ordered goods worth some 19000 ( yup, I am a big online shopper), hoping that I would also win their Biggest Shopper of the Day contest. Eventually I did win the contest and after about 8 days, all my money was refunded ( initiated based on communication I received from the bank.). So as far as the question goes, whether they will lie on your face?... No they wont.
About the service: The customer care was extremely helpful about my queries on how and when will I receive my stuff. I received all my stuff within 3 days. Some the sizes were off ( my estimate was wrong, they did not ship the wrong size). I haven’t yet tried getting it exchanged because they do not seem to have the stuff any more on their website so they are probably out of it.
About the stuff: I cant say that the stuff is all genuine. But the stuff is all good. I ordered a lot of PUMA stuff and though I am not sure it is genuine PUMA, but it sure does feel like it. All the shirts that I ordered (various brands) were all good.
Still I cant say that the stuff is genuine. But I would not mind buying from them again.
Please note, sometimes you end up making wrong choices. Accept it. If you order crap, you get crap. Be careful what you order. I had a great experience. And no, I was not paid for this review and nor am I a BSB employee. BTW, I ordered from yebhi.com not BSB which is the new avatar as they call it.
