It has always given me an acceptable to good level of service. I have ordered more than 20 products from this site and all the while it has been a good experience. Though the delight factor gets missing from the service, it certainly gets achieved through the discounted price.
But the people.shall always face problems with every vendor, the only thing depend on how much take time for reaching the product could do is respond to each and every query and advertise where they are able to help and where they are not.
