This hotel is nearby my house so once or twice in a week we go there to have the best chats with some sweet dishes like rasgulla and rasmalia.
Food here is best in that area but the presentation they do it on the chats are very good especially with that little chat masala they sprinkle on the chat to make it more and more delicious.
Ambience is very good but it gets crowded by the evening because everyone what some chat malai at the end of the day and at festivals u have waste to almost a half an hour to get desired sweets.
Customer service say is not that good but its average once u gave the order u have keep asking them about it all time and once they get mad they start replying you rudely.
Value for money is not a big deal . Even if you have 100Rs u can simply have two chats and a one sweet dish along with that so it is very much cheap as compared to other outlets.
Same as my Grandma used to make. Go and have some chats and sweets over there ENJOY!
